The breakfast selection was delicious and plentiful.
I was disappointed with the state of my room. The decor felt dated, and the furniture showed visible wear and tear. Additionally, the cleanliness standards didn't meet my expectations. the upholstery was stained, and the bed linens were in sad shape.

The views from Ballyroe Heights are breathtaking, especially from the breakfast room overlooking the mountains and the bay. The staff made our stay very special, readily assisting with special requests, like celebrating our son's birthday with a card and chocolates in our room. The breakfast selection was delicious and plentiful, with freshly cooked options to order. However, some noise from children in the corridors was distracting. The room had a loose shower head, which was inconvenient, and we found the check-in procedure a bit unclear. A more welcoming reception from staff and quicker response during busy times would enhance the experience significantly.

The in-house salon services for hair and make-up were a delightful bonus, especially for the bridesmaids.
The cleanliness standards in the common areas, like the carpets leading to the rooms, could use improvement.

Couples will love it here
Had a lovely dinner one night, the staff were just outstanding. The food was fantastic, even had rabbit on the specials menu, which was a real treat!
It was a bit pricey, but you know what? Worth every penny.

The meals here are a highlight, particularly the evening dinners, which offer a solid menu that’s well executed. Also, the views of the surrounding countryside during your stay make it hard not to relax.
The atmosphere during my stay felt lackluster. the bar was noticeably quiet, and the breakfast experience was disappointing. I ordered soft poached eggs, but they arrived overcooked, leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere on the second morning.

Great location with breathtaking views, especially from the breakfast room. Enjoyed the spacious and clean triple room, complemented by delicious dinner and breakfast. Notably friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, though some noise from neighboring rooms was a minor distraction. Perfect base to explore the stunning surroundings, near lovely Banna beach.
